SYP AI reads and analyzes the text, photo or video from Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories related to the Restaurant/Hotel. It evaluates the sentiment of the content as positive or negative.
Dynamic SYP Messenger AI DM Decisioning
If the content is positive, SYP sends a thank-you message or exclusive offer as a part of our social media loyalty rewards marketing strategy, rewarding the fan.
If the content is negative, SYP:
- Does not send the message.
- Flags the content for review in the SYP Sentiment Analysis Content tab.
